I am so late with this post! I kept telling myself I would get this done ‘right away’. Ahem – well it’s March already and I just had my March class. Yikes!
This is one of my favorites from the Occasions Catalog. This set has quite a few images in it so you can make this into virtually any theme, any season, any occasion.

This card is very simple and needs few items – perfect for the beginning stamper. That being said, the stamping itself took a few tries to get right. The Lotus Blossom stamp is a 3 step stamp. There are 3 images to get the flower. The flower looks like 3 shades of purple, but is one. You ink your smallest stamp full strength for the first image. The middle stamp you ink, then stamp off once, then stamp on your paper. The largest stamp you ink then stamp off twice, then stamp your paper. I learned this from a big time demo, Patty Bennett.
