I have been making a few cards here and there and want to post them. However I realize that I really should make sure the recipient gets it first. Obviously not everyone I send cards to follows my blog (although they should!) but if they do, I should be conscious of that. Maybe they don’t care, but maybe they do? I am rambling now…
This card was made for my plumber. Yep, my plumber. He saw the www.lisaloostamps.com logo on my card and thought I sold personalized stationary, business cards, logos and the like. I explained what I really did and he looked at a few cards I had and asked if I could make him an anniversary card for his wife. I said of course!
I have been waiting to use this flowered heart stamp a while – clearly because it was new! There is a ton of retired stuff in this card, but I like to use what I love and what works. Besides, so much of it was in a box for a long time!
Here is another shot that shows more detail…
I certainly hope that she likes it and that he doesn’t lose it! His anniversary isn’t until October!
