Hello everyone! I don’t know about you but I am so ready for winter to be over. That seems to be February’s fate – the most hated month ever! Well, one day was pretty nice and that was my monthly card class.
Love is in the air during Valentines season so we had to make a card to celebrate the one you love. Of course not everyone is in the same boat so I thought this card could also pair as an Anniversary card, a simple I love you or perhaps even a wedding card. You really could just change the sentiment. There is not a lot of stamping on this card so it was pretty quick!
Stamps – Express Yourself (hostess set)
Ink – Classic Stampin’ Ink in Basic Gray
Paper – Basic Gray, Whisper White and Cherry Cobber card stock. Shimmery White cards stock (ret) and Glimmer Paper in Silver
Tools – Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder, Hearts Collection Framelits, Bird Builder Punch, Paper Piercing tool and Stampin’ Pierce Mat
This next card is really lovely and just screams for Spring with the colors and butterflies. It also could be used for anything. Just pick a sentiment – Thank you – Happy Birthday – Get well, etc!
Stamps – Papillion Potpourri
Ink – Crisp Cantaloupe, Pistachio Pudding and Pool Party Classic Stampin’ Inks
Paper – Crisp Cantaloupe, Pistachio Pudding, Pool Party and Whisper White card stock, Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper
Tools – Framed Tulip embossing folder, Elegant Butterfly punch
Embellishments – Basic Jewels Pearls
Lastly – all this mushy girl stuff needs to take a back seat. I am always in need of boy cards and this fits the bill, no matter the age of the boy! I so badly wanted to bling this up – but I did my best to remember my target audience with this one!
Stamps – Rev Up The Fun!
Ink – Island Indigo Classic Stampin’ Ink and StazOn in Jet Black
Paper – Island Indigo, Basic Black, Tangerine Tango and Whisper White card stock
Tools – Arrows Embossing folder, 3/4″ Circle Punch
Embellishment – 1/8″ Taffeta Ribbon in Whisper White
